In Dreamweaver for example Insert/Media/Flash You will then get a pop up to locate the file. Find where you put the file and select it and click on OK. The next panel will give you the option to save it in your site. Click yes and save it (to your root or a folder in your site, doesn’t matter) Object tag will pop up so you can Title the flash file. Best if you do this. At this point you should see the file where ever your cursor was. Drag the file to where ever you wish to place it on that page. In the properties page on the bottom of the page set the play properties. Example, Auto play, click off the loop play. DIY On line WEB Design Programs often allow this as well.
